In 2017,  Società Agricola Famiglia Santoni was created when founder David Santoni began producing wine and oil on a path that runs through the Tuscan hillside. Santoni's dedication to his products transformed into a modern organic production of the highest standard and in 2020, the Podere Grassellino brand was born as a way to share this passion and enthusiasm with the world

Due to to the nature and position of the land, most of the cultivation is managed and harvested by hand, with the smallest use of machinery. The cultivation of the vines and olive trees does not involve any chemical processes
