• LA MONTAÑA is a range of gorgeous scented candles and diffusers inspired by the founders’ new life in a Spanish mountain village. Their scents conjure up memories and dreams of the Mediterranean, and of holidays in the sun

• Intoxicating night-scented jasmine, with tantalising hints of rose, orange flower, and ylang ylang

• A midnight walk home through Spanish streets, charmed by the hypnotic allure of night-scented jasmine, whose divine flowers open only after dark and in late summer

• There is 10-12% fragrance oil in each candle (including a high percentage of natural and essential oils), more than the market standard, even in luxury brands, which tend to be around 8%

• Individually hand-poured by artisan candlemakers in the U.K.

• All candles are gift-boxed and cellophane-wrapped and are fitted with an etched, stainless steel lid

Materials & Care

• The candle wax is finest quality (German) mineral wax and is sulphur and paraben free. Mineral wax is a by-product of petroleum refining and is therefore an ‘upcycled’ material. It is universally acknowledged to give the best fragrance ‘throw’, both hot and cold

• The first time you light your scented candle, let it burn until all the wax on the surface has become liquid. After, trim wick before each use

• When extinguishing the candle, ensure the wick is upright and centred for next time. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended or in a breeze
