Their carefully selected, single-origin offerings originate from the finest estates in around the world and are exclusively loose leaf tea, almost entirely organic, and sourced from high elevation gardens
- An alpine herbal blend, warming and uplifting like a piste-side tram, with reviving notes of mint, ginger, and currant. Inspired by the vaulted peaks of the Pyrenees, a rugged landscape of icy lakes and wide skies, this aromatic tisane from Bellocq is perfect for a mid-hike picnic
- To Brew:
- 1-2 tsp loose leaf tea per 8 oz / 250 ml of water
- (90°C / 195°F) Bring fresh, cold filtered or spring water to a boil. Remove from heat and then set aside for 1 minute before using to steep
- Brew for 5-10 minutes, using a metal tea infuser or a paper filter from Bellocq to create your own tea bags
- Good for 2 infusions
